The contact form collects your name, your work email, your need and, if you wish, a message. Your IP address is not stored. No other personal data is collected; this site uses no tracking cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to your request and schedule a possible diagnostic. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
Retention period
Requests are kept for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted.
Data hosting
Data is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) and is not transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data: write to contact@missiondata.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
