Data collected
The form collects your name, email and enquiry topic. Company, phone number, message and agreement to later recontact about your project are optional.
Technical information needed for service security may be processed to limit abusive submissions. Your IP address is not stored in the contact enquiry record.

Refusing optional recontact or analytics does not prevent you from sending an enquiry. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
The target retention period for contact enquiries is six months from receipt. You can request deletion of your details or withdraw agreement to later recontact by emailing contact@missiondata.fr.
Your cookie choice is remembered for six months. The language cookie keeps your preference for twelve months. Google Analytics cookie settings target a maximum of thirteen months.
Recipients and processors
Enquiries are intended for the Mission et Data team members who reply to you. The technical providers used are:
- OVH SAS: website and enquiry hosting;
- Microsoft: Microsoft 365 business email;
- Google: Google Analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics.
Your cookie choice is stored directly in your browser; the banner does not require an external consent service.
Hosting and security
The website and contact enquiries are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Business email uses Microsoft 365.
Traffic with the public website is encrypted with HTTPS. If you accept Google Analytics, Google may process visit information outside the European Union. You can refuse analytics and contact us with questions about providers and transfers.
Cookies and audience measurement
On your first visit, the banner offers equally accessible options to accept or refuse analytics. Google Analytics loads only after acceptance. Without a choice or after refusal, you can continue browsing without analytics.
